AP Bakery started in 2021 by a group of all‐star hospitality owners. With various locations in Sydney, we are excited to be offering a position in our new restaurant opening in January 2025.
If you are looking for a fun and dynamic work environment, we want you! We are looking for full‐time and casual chefs to join our team. We offer a supportive and friendly team, delicious pastries, and all the coffee you can drink. We won't be doing a bakery or pastry chef role.

Pay
$65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in the same role
* Maintain high presentation standards
* Work with specialty and artisan ingredients
* Experience in a quality restaurant or hotel
* Ability to work in a team
* Self‐motivated and adaptable
* Ability to handle busy periods with grace and efficiency
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to follow instructions and adapt to competing demands
* Follow health and safety protocols, policies and procedures related to food and workplace safety
* Attention to detail to maintain venue's high standards of cleanliness and organisation
* Must be available 7 days a week for a rotating roster
* Reliable commute to Darlinghurst NSW 2010 or planning to relocate before starting work
* Cook experience 1 year required
* English language proficiency
* Work location is in person

* Maintain a positive, can‐do and cheerful attitude, even during the busiest moments
* Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and seamless service
* Maintain food standards provided by the management team
