* Program, set tools and operate CNC Milling machines
* The ability to read and understand technical/manufacturing/engineering drawings & specifications
* Good understanding of tool selection and manufacturing methods
* Verifying components to the manufacturing specifications and tolerances (QC).
* Reliable, hardworking with a positive attitude
* Clear understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing principles
* Proficient in the use and calibration of measuring equipment including Vernier Calipers, Micrometres etc
* Maintain and care for all machines, tooling and equipment used.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Interfacing with various team members to achieve the desired outcomes as outlined by senior management.
To be successful for this position, you must possess the following:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
* CNC machining experience, Okuma preferred (setting, operating and programming)
* Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
* Able to work unsupervised but also be a team player.
