We are a community-based not-for-profit service, committed to the provision of child-focused and nurturing education and care. We operate from three locations in Sandy Bay, providing care for children from three months to twelve years old. Our service is rated as Exceeding the National Quality Standards.
What we are looking for:
We are seeking an Early Childhood Teacher, who will bring inspiration and expertise to our infant and toddler environment. The role is full time, though we are able to offer limited flexibility. Our operating times are 7.30am-6pm.
The successful candidate will be bright in spirit, gentle and sensitive in approach. They will be committed and engaged, and will place high value on building authentic relationships with children, families and colleagues.
They will bring a depth of knowledge and understanding of early childhood education and care as the basis for the design, implementation and evaluation of a play-based, responsive program that supports children to flourish.
The Early Childhood Teacher will hold a Bachelor level qualification (ACECQA approved) to contribute to delivery of a program which aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
A reflective and professional approach will enhance ongoing learning and growth among the established team.

Our service is committed to child safety. Applicants must hold a current Working with Vulnerable People Check and be able to provide the names of at least two referees, for reference relevant to working with children.
