Due to the development of their Property management team, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Manager to join their close-knit team. This role offers the chance to work across a quality portfolio with excellent systems, resources, and a dedicated support structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a well-maintained residential portfolio of 200 properties
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conducting ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance with trusted trades
- Ensuring compliance with legislation and agency procedures
- Delivering a high standard of customer service at every interaction

About You:
- Previous experience in Property Management (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Solid attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- A positive, proactive attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable car
- Mandarin speaking is advantageous
