Business Opportunity for Sales Growth

Our company is seeking a talented sales professional to join our team as a Domain Sales Manager in the ANZA region.

This role will involve collaborating closely with our Key Account Manager and Customer Unit Team to drive business growth, strategy setting, and launching in the region. The successful candidate will need to identify business opportunities, build sales strategies, and execute to generate revenue for the Ericsson Antenna System.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of passive antenna technology and experience in technical sales or product management. They will also need to be a hunter/business development/strategy setting professional who can grow the antenna business in the ANZA region.

The responsibilities of this role include:

* Directly interacting with key customers' executive level and stakeholders to influence their vision and strategy.
* Building respectful customer relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to the customers.
* Mapping customer demands and needs to EAS portfolio, driving opportunities to deals, and conducting in-depth business-focused discussions with customers.
* Identifying local business trends, new opportunities, and customer potential business needs, proactively creating new portfolios for future growth under reasonable business case justification.
* Collaborating with internal teams, analyzing, and optimizing the overall team's performance, and enabling seamless transition to operations.

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have:

* Education: Bachelor of engineering (ideally Electronic Engineering).
* Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in Telecom mobile communication, with experiences in Mobile CSP and/or Wireless Antenna company being an added advantage.
* In-depth technical understanding of passive antenna technology.
* Experience in technical sales or product management, including both technical and commercial perspectives for the product line mobile communication antenna.
* Hunter/business development/strategy setting skills, with experience growing the antenna business in the ANZA region.
* Experience of global wireless antenna company preferred.
* Substantial in-field experience from sales/solutions/products and project management.
* Consultative selling skills and commercial understanding.
