About the Role:
1. Permanent Part time role - 2 days per week
2. Days and hours are flexible to suit the right person
3. Option to pick up more shifts to cover Annual Leave
4. Reporting directly to the FT Maintenance Officer & General Manager
5. Lawn and garden maintenance
6. General property maintenance as required
7. Liaison with external contractors where required
Our ideal candidates will demonstrate:
8. Previous Landscaping or gardening experience
9. Previous Maintenance experience in a Facilities or Accommodation setting
10. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

All applicants must be willing to obtain a police clearance via Opal’s police check system and undergo a pre-employment medical. You may also be required to attend a drug screen and complete psychometric testing. You must also be willing to obtain a personal NDISWC through your state government provider prior to commencing employment with us.
