THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to the Principal to provide high-level executive and administrative support within a values-driven, faith-based school environment.
This pivotal role works in close partnership with the Principal, supporting strategic leadership, governance processes, and the effective day-to-day operation of the Principal's office. The successful applicant will be a trusted professional with exceptional organisational skills, sound judgement, and the ability to manage confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.
The Executive Assistant plays a key role in coordinating the Principal's diary, correspondence, meetings, and communications, while also supporting Board processes, College planning, events, and key stakeholder engagement. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented approach and the capacity to manage competing priorities in a dynamic school setting.
Grounded in the College's Benedictine values, this role contributes to a culture of professionalism, service, and integrity, supporting the College's mission to provide an outstanding educational experience for young people.
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
* Proven experience providing high-level executive support to a senior leader
* Exceptional organisational, communication, and time-management skills
* The ability to manage confidential matters with professionalism and discretion
* Experience supporting governance or Board processes (desirable)
* Alignment with the values and ethos of a Catholic, Benedictine school
