The Role
As Head of Junior School, you will lead a close‐knit learning community where relationships matter, children are truly known, and leadership is deeply personal.
Based at the College's beautiful Myrniong Campus, you will be a visible, trusted and relational leader for students, staff and families. You will work closely with the Principal as a valued member of the College Executive, contributing meaningfully to the direction of the whole school.

* Lead the vision and strategic direction of a values‐rich Junior School
* Build trusted partnerships with families and the wider community
* Champion outstanding teaching, learning and wellbeing
* Foster a strong, inclusive culture where every child feels safe, supported and challenged
* Develop and inspire staff through mentoring, coaching and shared purpose
* Oversee Junior School operations with clarity, care and calm leadership
* Maintain a teaching presence (with appropriate leadership time release)
* Contribute actively to the College Executive and whole‐school strategy
You Are
* An experienced Primary or Junior School leader with a strong teaching background
* A relational leader who values community, collaboration and care
* Passionate about holistic education and evidence‐based practice
* Confident engaging with families and representing the Junior School publicly
* Values‐aligned and comfortable supporting the Christian ethos of the College
* Open to or actively seeking the professional and lifestyle rewards of regional leadership
