We're seeking a talented Retail Customer Service Officer to join our team. In this exciting role, you'll play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

The Role:
- This is a permanent part-time position working 20 hours per week (4 hours per day)
- You'll work a rotating roster from Monday to Friday between 8:45am and 5:06pm
- A car license is required for this role

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and sales support transactions with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Accurately manage high-value transactions, including handling and processing cash, cheques, credit cards, and EFTPOS
- Conduct and process identity services transactions, such as Australian Passport Interviews
- Promote our products and services through up-selling, cross-selling, merchandising, and other promotional activities
- Assist customers with mail lodgements and associated costs
- Build rewarding relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences
- Assist with administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenance

- Experience in customer service and/or cash handling
- The ability to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for your shift
