Job Description
The role of Professional Performance Coach involves conducting one-on-one and group coaching sessions, providing ongoing support, and using psychometric diagnostics. This will enable military leaders to reach their ultimate potential and become extraordinary leaders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Tertiary-level qualifications in a related discipline
* A coaching qualification
* Five years of coaching experience
* Experience in psychometrics (behaviour, emotional intelligence) is desirable but not essential
Benefits
This is a full-time, face-to-face, on-site role located at Garden Island, Perth. You will work independently but have support when necessary. We require the ability to obtain an Australian Government security clearance, Negative Vetting 1.
