In this role, you'll:
Be working as part of a team delivering the sponsorship, stewardship, activation and reuse of residual assets to improve asset condition, promote reuse outcomes, enhance safety and support community, business and customer-focused programs.
This role will see you support the delivery, monitoring and evaluation of residual asset activation programs, coordinate plans, business cases and budgets and engage stakeholders to ensure program outcomes.
You will support improved portfolio management and maintenance efficiencies in a dynamic environment involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, tight deadlines, diverse expectations and interdependent activities.

About you
Your experience in community focused asset activation, property related programs, stakeholder engagement, and program coordination will see you deliver quality outcomes, coordinate complex work activities, and support processes that lead to improved asset condition, activation and reuse outcomes.
You're recognized as resilient, collaborative and an effective communicator, coordinating program activities and supporting delivery of asset-related initiatives.
