We are a highly regarded orthodontic practice in the Blacktown community, proudly transforming smiles and changing lives every day. We're now looking for an enthusiastic, motivated team member to join our friendly clinical team.
Position Overview
Days:
3–4 weekdays — Monday, Tuesday (7:30am–6pm) and Thursday (full day required)
Hours:
3–4 days per week — no weekends
Location:
Smiles and Faces Orthodontics, Blacktown
Availability:
Remote days: Mon morning, Mon afternoon, Tue morning, Tue afternoon, Wed morning, Wed afternoon, Thu morning, Thu afternoon, Thu evening
No experience required for this role

This role is ideal for someone starting their healthcare journey or wanting a stable, meaningful part-time or casual position in a reputable orthodontic practice.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with instrument sterilisation and lab organisation
Chairside assisting and supporting the clinical workflow
Start & end-of-day preparation, restocking, and maintaining facilities
Updating workflows and performing general clinical support tasks
Desirable Skills
Strong verbal and written communication
Good listening and average typing ability
Ability to follow instructions and stay organised
Experience in customer service or healthcare is a bonus
Previous dental or medical reception/assisting experience preferred but not required
