Administrator receptionist
Based in Kwinana my client is seeking someone to join their admin/reception team during this busy time on a part time basis. Work for one of the worlds leaders in chemical and mechanical engineering solutions on a 2 week contract with the opportunity for it to be extended if you are the right fit.
Your new role:
As a receptionist/administrator you will oversee the day to day smooth running of the office. You will assist staff members with some general administration tasks when required. Your main responsibilities will include managing and answering a busy switch board and fulfilling front of house duties.
What you will need to succeed:
- Confident phone manner
- Great communicator - written & verbal
- Some experience with customers
- Shows initiative
- Can problem solve or sort out an issue
- High volume admin/processing skills
- Can work closely with the BDM and fitters
