About the role
As a result of our continued success and expansion, we have various opportunities available for motivated New Home Sales Consultants in the Geelong Region.
As a New Home Independent Sales Consultant, you will be motivated and driven to build a successful sales career and you will be required to work on weekends.
Key responsibilities
Generating leads by engaging clients within the display homes
Understanding and assessing clients' needs and providing solutions
Managing a high volume of display visitors, following up leads and achieving high sales targets
Providing clients with a first-class experience, exceeding customer service expectations
Developing and maintaining a network of industry partners, such as land developers
Overseeing that the display home is kept maintained to the highest of standards
Qualifications
Company contractor requirements: ABN, public liability insurance and workers' compensation if you have employees
Driven and highly motivated
Current driver's license and reliable transport
Proven history and understanding of the residential building industry
Exceptional industry networking and customer service skills
Self-motivated, 'can do' attitude and desire to succeed within your own business
Professional approach and positive attitude
Intermediate to advanced computer skills
Ability to meet customer satisfaction levels and exceed expectations
New Homes experience is highly desirable
