Your Role
The Teacher Aide for FlexiSpace and SEP will work as a key member of the School to create a positive school culture, set transparent standards and expectations, and enact proactive and responsive programs and support strategies for students. This will be achieved by establishing robust partnerships with teachers, support staff, parents and external organisations and focusing on attendance, learning engagement, behaviour and wellbeing.
Responsibilities
* Assisting teachers and students with sporting activities and school excursions.
* Assisting with the management and stock‐taking of equipment and resources.
* Communicating effectively and displaying high level of interpersonal skills to function as an effective team member.
* Maintaining anecdotal records on students for use in reviewing their development.
Eligibility
Applicants must be a current Queensland Government employee.
