Hotel Receptionist Role

* We are looking for a Part-Time Hotel Receptionist who can take initiative to ensure positive interactions with our guests, create trust with team members, and treat everyone with respect.
This role requires the ability to check guests in and out, maintain accurate accounts, answer queries efficiently, and handle guest requests or complaints in a professional manner.
To be successful, you will need to have a professional telephone manner, exceptional customer service skills, excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills. A friendly and positive attitude with the ability to work as part of a team is also essential.
