Key Responsibilities
Determine requirements, allocate tasks and supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff
Work closely with other areas to ensure a cohesive approach to guest service and operations.
Manage staff rosters, attendance, and shift scheduling to ensure adequate coverage.
Maintain and promote workplace health and safety standards.
Address staff concerns and workplace issues promptly and professionally.
Support front desk and guest reception functions as needed.
About You
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hotel supervisory or management role.
Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
A commitment to outstanding customer service.
Sound knowledge of hospitality operations and safety requirements.
