Cleaning Services Manager Wanted! Ready to step into a fast-paced leadership role where no two days are the same?
Amplus Services is looking for a motivated and capable Cleaning Services Manager to join our team in Townsville. If you are organised, proactive, good with people, and know how to keep operations moving, this could be the role for you. This is a hands-on management position where you will oversee service delivery, support staff, manage schedules and rosters, liaise with clients, and help keep the day-to-day running of the business on track.

You’ll Be Doing: overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned cleaning teams
scheduling and rostering staff managing workflow and service delivery liaising with clients and maintaining strong relationships
preparing and issuing quotes supporting staff with day-to-day operational matters monitoring quality, efficiency, and job progress
ensuring operational information is recorded correctly assisting with the smooth running of the business as needed What

You: organised and able to manage competing priorities confident leading staff and making decisions
professional and approachable strong communication and problem-solving skills reliable and committed
current driver licence required reliable transport required willing to obtain a police check
Desirable but Not Essential: previous management or supervisory experience
experience in cleaning, facilities, or service-based industries Certificate IV in Leadership and Management Certificate III in Cleaning Operations
