Locations: Various across the Northern Beaches Shifts: Early mornings (6 am starts), afternoons, weekends & wake-overs About You You bring experience, empathy, and a whole lot of heart. What you'll need: Experience in the disability sector (essential) Confidence in personal & hygiene care A resilient, upbeat, and proactive attitude NSW driver's licence your own car The Roles Whether you're supporting daily routines at home or heading out for beach walks and coffee catchups, every shift is about helping clients live with independence, confidence, and joy. What You'll Be Doing Supporting clients with daily living tasks: cooking, cleaning, laundry, and personal care Administering medication and following health plans Creating and maintaining a safe, supportive, and engaging home environment Supporting communication and encouraging self-expression Facilitating skill-building and goal-setting activities Taking clients to appointments, social activities, or recreational outings Documenting client progress, incidents, and daily notes Collaborating with families, guardians, and health professionals Applying Positive Behaviour Support strategies in line with personalised plans Advocating for client choice, independence, and dignity in everything you do Why You'll Love Sunnyfield We're a values-driven organisation where you'll feel supported, included, and appreciated for the amazing work you do.
