Key Responsibilities:
* Mix and match vehicle colours according to specifications.
* Develop and maintain a colour library.
* Prepare and paint vehicles to the highest standards.
* Buff and denib vehicles to achieve a high-gloss finish.
* Treat all vehicles with care and attention.
* Note any extra paint work required beyond initial quotes.
* Report damage or poor repairs to production managers.
* Keep work bays and workshops clean and tidy.
* Provide coaching and guidance to apprentices when necessary.
About You:
* Trade qualified spray painter with at least 3 years' experience.
* Strong commitment to working safely and efficiently.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Able to meet deadlines and manage workload effectively.
* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
* Own tools required for the role.
