**COMPANY**:

**ROLE**:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Drafting Coordinator to play a key role in enhancing the efficiency of their post-sales to drafting process. In this role, you will be instrumental in expediting paperwork and improving overall operational efficiencies in sales and pre-construction administration activities.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Checking: Ensure all job information related to drafting requests is complete, accurate, and compliant with developers' and regulatory authorities' requirements.
- Scheduling Assistance: Collaborate with the drafting scheduler to maintain high standards for drafting packs and provide guidance on project timelines. Perform relief scheduling duties when the Scheduler is on leave.
- Office Communications: Liaise with management, administrators, and sales teams to address and resolve issues efficiently, adhering to best practices and company policies.
- Management Communications: Maintain and report on job status through Framework and other reports to keep management and stakeholders informed and address any issues promptly.
- Records Management: Accurately complete and file departmental and personal records, ensuring effective KPI assessments and proper file organization post-job completion.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Diploma in Building Design and Drafting or equivalent, with a minimum of 3-4 years of practical experience.
- Experience in Town Planning and Residential Multi-Unit drafting is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Passive Solar Design and energy efficiency principles is a plus.
- Exceptional time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Professionalism, customer service excellence, and the ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
