About the role
As our Maintenance Officer, you'll be responsible for the day‐to‐day upkeep of our facility, ensuring everything is safe, functional, and well‐presented for our residents.
* Carrying out general maintenance and repairs
* Responding to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
* Maintaining outdoor areas
* Supporting a safe environment through regular checks and upkeep
* Working independently while being part of a supportive team

What you'll bring
* Previous experience in maintenance, handyperson, or similar roles
* Basic skills across plumbing, carpentry, or general repairs
* A current driver's licence
