About the Position
* Act as a liaison between clients and contractors, providing high-level technical advice on construction works contracts.
* Administer construction works and monitor project milestones, collaborating with contractors, clients, and consultants to ensure adherence to regulations.
* Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports, supporting junior engineers and collaborating with senior leaders.
Suitable Qualifications and Skills
* A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or suitable diploma level qualification.
* A minimum of 4 years' experience in civil infrastructure, particularly land subdivisions.
* A valid driver's license and White Card are essential.
