Based at our North Ryde office, you'll be part of a supportive, high‑performing team coordinating a fleet of 130+ trucks across the state.

Your day will involve:
Managing and processing customer orders to support timely, accurate deliveries.
Allocating daily delivery schedules based on driver and truck availability.
Using advanced dispatch and tracking systems to manage stock, truck movements and load status.
Providing proactive updates and solutions to customers using live tracking tools.
Collaborating with production, sales, technical and transport teams to ensure a seamless end‑to‑end customer experience.
What are we looking for?
Strong communication and customer service skills — you enjoy working with people.
Quick decision‑making and excellent problem‑solving under pressure.
Confidence using digital tools and computer-based systems.
Experience in logistics, freight, transport allocations or a related field.
Knowledge of NHVR fatigue management (or willingness to learn — we'll train you).
