About the role
A Warehouse Supervisor, supervising product preparation and coordinating stock movement with Store Supervisors to maximise sales through effective merchandising. Reporting to the Store Manager. Permanent, part‐time role offering 20 hours per week, located in Gladstone, QLD.
Responsibilities
* Supervise warehouse operations including stock movement, pickups, deliveries and store coordination.
* Prepare and distribute sale‐ready goods by identifying high‐value items, ensuring they are cleaned and sent to the right stores.
* Support donors and customers by greeting them at drop‐off points and assisting with unloading donations.
* Assist with store cash handling including balancing registers and opening/closing the Gladstone Store as required.
* Complete administration tasks accurately and on time, following TSA reporting policies and procedures.
* Supervise and support volunteers.
Qualifications
* Understanding of the value of second‐hand goods with a wide knowledge on brands and goods.
* Certificate in Logistics or Business or a related field is desirable.
* Experience in retail and/or customer service environment with some supervisory experience is preferred.
* Current QLD Driver's licence.
* Physical ability to safely perform regular standing, walking, lifting and handling of stock in line with WHS procedures.
