**About Them**:
This leading Commercial Fit Out Construction company with decades of experience across the residential, commercial and industrial sector are seeking a meticulous Accounts Payable Clerk to create and maintain an efficient accounts function. This role is an integral position to the company reporting into the Financial Controller (who is awesome) and working alongside another payroll manager in WA. This role is certainly for someone who is capable of managing and maintaining a dynamic team and loves to be organised!
**The Role**:
Reporting into the Financial Controller your day to day will look like the following!
**General**
- Conduct and present yourself and your workplace in a professional manner at all times.
- Adhere to the company's values (Can do /Transparency / Client Satisfaction /Everything
Considered / Aligned / Quality).
- Adhere to company / team and individual KPI's.
- Collate weekly timesheets, ensure correct, seek approval and enter.
- Collate weekly reimbursements, ensure correct, seek approval and enter.
- Miscellaneous filing.
- Ad hoc administration.
**Accounts Payable**
- Enter all invoices into Jobpac and matching with purchase orders or entering as purchase
orders.
- Seek approval for invoices
- Chase suppliers for revised invoices if required
- Resolve invoice discrepancies
- Unpaid creditor filing.
- Chase unapproved invoices weekly, especially at end of month.
- Chase problem invoices.
- Pull out invoices for weekly cashflow payments.
- Process creditor payments including credit card payments.
- Seek approval for urgent payments.
- Process urgent payments.
- Supplier file maintenance.
**You'll Need**:
- At least 1-2 years experience in admin accounts
- Exposure across blue collar industry and or construction is desirable
- Ability to work fast and someone who is good with numbers
- Self motivated
- Team Player
- Organised!
