Hudson is seeking for a highly motivated professional to join the finance & administrative function, in a multifaceted and 'hands on' role where you will be exposed to many duties, and you will develop great skills.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity for Bookkeeper Administrator.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Oversee and control the Company's financial processing, general ledger maintenance and reporting, and associated accounting and general administrative functions
- Process invoices and maintain credit control
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Processing payroll and reconcile payroll ledger to general ledger
- Assist in the maintenance of the monthly PAYG, superannuation and payroll tax.
- Assist in the processing of quarterly BAS/GST statements and lodge returns.
- Assist in the reconcile the cashbook ledger and produce reconciliation reports.
- Maintain the general ledger and reconcile other ledgers to the general ledger monthly.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required: answering phones, assist with procurement, admin function
**Who we are looking for**:
- Self-motivated professionals with strong organizational skills & attention to detail
- Sound computer skills (Outlook, MS Office suite, ideally MYOB and/or Xero)
- Bookkeeping skills with high level of accuracy
- Ability to multitask
