We are proudly family owned and operate our Head Office from our home in Hobart, Tasmania. Our products are developed in Hobart and we use the best resources available from all over the world to develop footwear that keeps pushing the boundaries—from iconic elastic-sided boots loved worldwide to gumboots, safety footwear for men and women, heavy industrial footwear and boots for every job in between.

The Role
Join us in making a difference! As a key player in our team, you will play a pivotal role in achieving sales outcomes, delivering exceptional customer service, and championing Blundstone’s brand and products in the market.
Operating within a designated territory, you will not only gather valuable insights on evolving market trends and activities but also assess customer satisfaction levels. Serving as our product expert for end user customers and resellers alike, you will develop and maintain relationships in the industrial/B2B space, lead the execution of new product sell-in plans and campaigns, and also establish and maintain effective merchandising arrangements in a retail environment.
Based out of your home office in FNQ, you will be required to travel extensively, nurturing and establishing commercial relationships within new and existing customer networks at all levels.
About You

Proven autonomy is key in our dynamic work environment. Your ability to balance competing priorities and a strong appreciation and understanding of our market and targeted consumers will set you apart. Excellent merchandising skills are a must, allowing you to present our products for optimum sales. Leveraging your in-depth knowledge of the sales cycle and experience with CRM software, you'll build robust, long-lasting customer relationships.
Demonstrated experience in:
•Achieving sales targets and outcomes
•Creating territory and key customer plans
•Remote work with effective and efficient call cycles
•Collaborative approaches within a national sales & marketing team
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•High-level presentation and computer skills
•Negotiation and time management skills
•Industrial safety/B2B experience essential and retail experience a bonus

Essential Requirements
•Previous sales experience in a territory management role/end user specialist role
•Current unrestricted Australian driver's license
