Job Title: Student Support Officer

* Maintain effective relationships with students, families, and staff members;
* Develop and implement individualized support plans that cater to diverse needs;
* Promote student engagement, motivation, and academic achievement through targeted interventions;
You will be responsible for assisting with:
* The day-to-day running of Student Support Services including supporting individuals or groups of students with mental health behavioral social emotional support needs;
* The development introduction systems intervention strategies alternative programs providing responsive effective service for students family members staff;
The role involves working closely as an integral part of Student Support Team collaborating with other departments forming partnerships linking parents/carers schools industry external agencies local services.
