We have an opportunity for an experienced Operations Supervisor to take the lead in coordinating and overseeing all aspects of delivery, site installation, and building preparation on project sites.
What You Will Do
This hands-on leadership role will see you managing teams, subcontractors, and installation schedules to ensure seamless project execution from delivery to completion. You'll be the key link between the factory floor, hire yard, project team, and site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee project execution, including delivery, cranage, and installation of modular buildings.
* Plan and coordinate trades, subcontractors, materials, and site logistics to meet project deadlines.
* Conduct site inspections, develop scopes and methodologies, and ensure works meet quality and safety standards.
* Manage client relationships, perform joint inspections, and ensure a smooth handover process.
* Monitor project costs, assist with estimates for yard/site works, and support cost control.
* Identify and resolve on-site issues while maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.
* Ensure compliance with ATCO's WHS and Quality standards, including preparation of SWMS, JSAs, and risk assessments.
* Support administrative processes and work collaboratively with internal teams as needed.
What You Will Bring
To hit the ground running, you will bring:
* Proven experience in modular or general construction site supervision.
* Certificate IV in Building & Construction (or currently working towards).
* White Card, Site Supervisor Licence, and valid driver's licence (essential).
* Strong understanding of installation processes and site coordination.
* Confident leading teams and managing subcontractors to meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong client-facing ability with proven stakeholder management skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
