Procurement Specialist Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate deliveries and ensure timely operations
* Ensure accurate quantity and quality of inbound goods through SAP ERP
* Maintain inventory integrity through correct labeling and storage
* Prepare documentation for contractor collections
* Execute goods movements in SAP ERP
* Safeguard materials against damage or theft
* Conduct regular stock takes to maintain accurate inventory records
Requirements:
* Relevant experience in mining or construction industry
* Current HR license, IT tickets, and Telehandler tickets
* Proficiency in SAP ERP and MS Excel
* Strong coordination and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
