We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated administration professional to join our dynamic team

**New Role Summary**

In this integral role, you will provide critical administrative support to the Director and Accountants. Key responsibilities include:

- Diary management and coordination
- Handling official correspondence and maintaining accurate records
- Maintaining and updating client databases for efficient record-keeping
- Preparing and editing documents in accordance with company standards
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Managing workflow and prioritizing tasks for optimal productivity
- Providing administrative assistance to the Accounting team as required
- Performing various general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, collating and binding, answering telephone calls, meeting & greeting clients, etc

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

- Recent experience in an accounting or administrative environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships
