You're passionate about your trade, reliable, and eager to grow your skills. You take initiative, bring a great attitude to work every day, and aren't afraid to get stuck in. We're especially keen to hear from candidates with leadership potential - there's a path here for you to step into a supervisory role.
The role
No two days are the same. You'll be involved in:
* Site set-out and job planning
* Carpentry, concreting, paving
* Irrigation and lighting installs
* Building retaining walls
* Turfing, planting and softscaping
* Running safety protocols and managing onsite workflows
What we're looking for
Experience in landscaping or related trades (carpentry, concreting, bricklaying)
* Ability to read plans and interpret drawings
* Small machinery experience (excavators, skid steers)
* Construction White Card
* Driver's licence (manual preferred)
* Own transport
* A reliable, honest work ethic
Bonus if you've supervised a team or led projects - we're keen to support the right person into a leadership position.
Location
Work is primarily based in East Gippsland and the Wellington Shire - Bairnsdale and surrounding areas.
Job type & pay
We're flexible: full-time, part-time, casual, or sub-contracting options available.
Above award wages, with great conditions - negotiable based on experience.
