This is a hands‐on role offering the right candidate a great opportunity to be part of a progressive Facility Management company.
We are seeking a committed member of our Cleaning Operations team who is experienced in all aspects of commercial cleaning, including sales and hands‐on operations.
The role (Primary)
You will be responsible in conjunction with the State Manager for a portfolio of sites across various sectors including hospitality, events and commercial venues.
Provide support to contractors & cleaning staff in conjunction with the State Operations Manager.
Compliance inspections and reporting; Ensure all occupational health and safety processes are observed and followed.
Report to State Operations Manager on performance operations for your sites.
Coordinate and assist with special project work as required. Work with the supervisors and cleaners to ensure Coreserve standards are maintained.
In addition to the management of the cleaning sites you will also be involved in on selling our existing and new clients (under the direction of our Key Account Manager).
Follow up sales leads at the direction of the sales team when required.
Requirements
The successful applicant will be a dedicated and career‐minded person.
Extensive hands‐on experience in commercial cleaning.
Possess excellent communication, organization, time management and reporting skills.
The ability to work flexible hours.
