Auxiliary Fire Support Specialist
As a key member of the emergency response team, you will be part of a cohesive unit that responds to fire and emergency incidents. Your primary focus will be on contributing to community safety and emergency preparedness through education and training activities.
* Attend emergency calls and incidents, utilizing your skills and knowledge in a safe and effective manner.
* Participate in ongoing skill acquisition and maintenance programs, including first aid and emergency care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to emergencies and promote community awareness about fire safety and prevention.
* Collaborate with other teams to develop and maintain competencies, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
* Ability to obtain employer's written consent for attending emergencies.
* Live or work within a reasonable distance of an auxiliary fire station.
* Hold Australian Permanent Resident Status.
