As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development / Client Services Consultant to drive sales and strengthen client partnerships across NSW, covering the GC/NSW border, Central Coast & Newcastle, through to Sydney and surrounds.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, travelling throughout their territory, and building meaningful relationships within the aged care sector.
About the Role
Reporting to the Branch Manager NSW, you will be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships. You will also work closely with our NSW team, including our allocators and recruiters, to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
* Proactively seek and secure new business opportunities across NSW
* Conduct site visits across your region (regular travel required)
* Prepare reports on client usage, trends, and workforce demand
* Collaborate with the Branch Manager on member placements, advertising, and service growth
* Promote additional service areas including Hospitality Support, Training, and Learning & Development
About You
* Demonstrated sales, business development or client relationship experience within Aged Care or a fast-paced agency environment
* Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate and secure outcomes
* Highly motivated, resilient, and proactive in achieving results
* Comfortable travelling regularly across a broad NSW territory
