Corporate Customer Success
* You will be embedded in the success of some of our largest and most strategic customers - ensuring they derive maximum value from their partnership with us.
* You will work closely with these customers to understand their goals, help them integrate our solutions into their daily operations, and identify opportunities for impact across the business.
* Your efforts will directly influence retention, expansion, and long-term growth.
Executive & Board Engagement
* You will work directly with senior leaders, boards, and decision-makers to build strong relationships and drive strategic outcomes.
* You will understand the organisational structure, identify key pain points, and partner with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that drive results.
* You will also play a key role in supporting expansion conversations and renewal negotiations at the highest levels.
Influencer & Network Management
* You will establish relationships with rural professionals, consultants, and other industry influencers who shape opinion and purchasing behaviour across your portfolio.
* You will be known and respected in the region as a trusted advisor.
Cross-Functional Leadership
* You will work closely with our product, support, and sales teams to champion your accounts internally.
* You will be the glue that holds corporate relationships together and drives results by surfacing product feedback, coordinating training, and aligning on rollout strategy.
