We are seeking an Executive Chef to lead a distinguished culinary journey that reflects the soul of our destination through exceptional cuisine and refined service. In this role, you will be the creative force behind our gourmet experiences—from signature dining to bespoke banquets and room service that exceeds every expectation. This is an extraordinary opportunity for a culinary visionary with a passion for innovation, artistry, and luxury hospitality. This role is responsible for guiding and developing staff, including direct reports. Overseeing all Hotel food preparation and kitchen service support areas. You will also be closely working with our external stakeholders to drive the success of the culinary journey at the Hotel and in the outlets.
