You'll take the reins on selling out 78 brand-new luxury retirement apartments — all off-the-plan, with completion due in 24 months. It's a high-touch, high-trust sales journey, where keeping buyers engaged and confident is just as critical as the initial close.

What You'll Be Doing
* Proactively generate and qualify leads through outreach, referrals, and networking.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective residents — this is a 12–24 month sales cycle.
* Run high-impact presentations and private tours (both in-person and virtual).
* Craft tailored follow-up strategies that keep prospects warm and excited, even months after first contact.
* Act as a trusted advisor — understand the deeper needs, fears, and motivations of older buyers.
* Collaborate with marketing and leadership, feeding frontline insights back into campaigns and strategy.
Who You Are
* You've got proven sales success — ideally in property, retirement living, lifestyle, or other big-ticket/long-cycle sales environments.
* You're a true sales hybrid — a confident hunter and a natural farmer.
* You know how to influence without pushing, and you build trust that lasts.
* You're self-motivated, resilient, and know how to stay on track during long lead times.
* Knowledge of the Canberra property market is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker.
