I need a hand. I am flooded with emails, calls, spam, technical questions, business decisions and fire fighting. I need someone to help filter out the time wasters, handle paperwork, and help me focus on the important things.
I need someone who is detailed and structured, but able to work in a less structured role.
You will need to be a fast learner. You will need to be confident. You need able to work independently and make decisions without perfect information.
It would be useful if you have exposure to, or interest in engineering, technical or trades.
Experience with accounting or bookkeeping- particularly xero would be great. Any logistics or scheduling would also be useful.
if you are motivated to learn, you could learn on the job. I'd consider a school leaver, but you would have to demonstrate how you can learn fast.
A manual licence is essential.
We can be flexible with hours. I was thinking full time, but it may work well for someone looking for school hours.,
