The Front Office Receptionist Role
As the welcoming face of our park, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
* Processing guest check-ins and outs with accuracy and efficiency
* Managing reservations and accounts using our park booking system
* Coordinating with the Housekeeping team to track accommodation readiness and optimize room availability
* Supplying guests with information about property features and local attractions
* Completing day-to-day office administration tasks and maintaining accurate records
* Maintaining excellent relationships with park teams, residents, and guests through effective communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Front Office professional in the hospitality industry with a focus on delivering outstanding Guest experiences
* Passion for providing exceptional customer service and meeting guest needs
* Proficiency in computer skills, including RMS or comparable Reservation Booking Systems, and ability to learn new systems quickly
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain confidentiality
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Enthusiastic and positive attitude, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
* Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed, and ability to maintain a high level of energy and productivity in a fast-paced environment
* Current driver's license essential for travel to parks and other business locations
