Job Title: Manager - Employment Incentives and Pathways
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Employment Incentives and Pathways team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our organization and make a meaningful contribution to the development of incentives, scholarships, grants, training, and pathways programs that enhance teacher supply across Queensland.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, budget planning, and preparation of submissions, particularly in the government sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective human resource strategies aligned with organizational objectives and community expectations.
* Oversee the delivery of HR initiatives and ensure high-quality services are provided to internal customers.
Reporting Requirements:
* Lead and manage the daily operations of the scholarships and grants team.
* Review and approve payments for scholarship and grants recipients.
* Prepare submissions, briefing notes, and responses related to program work.
* Oversee and report on substantial budgets.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders on new initiatives in the scholarships and grants space.
* Work closely with external stakeholders from universities and Tafe sectors.
* Assist in promoting initiatives at events and expos across Queensland.
