The ideal candidate will have 2 years + of post-admission experience and a passion for Personal Injury Law.
About the Role:
* Provide expert legal services in assisting and supporting clients in accessing their rights and entitlements under the law.
* End to end file/case management from commencement through litigation to completion for Workcover cases.
* Manage caseloads efficiently, conduct legal research and prepare relevant legal documents.
* Lead client meetings, provide strategic legal advice and support, aid in client communications.
* Prepare and follow through matters for Conciliation, Medical Panel and Court.
* Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, tribunals, and court proceedings.
* Work collaboratively with a diverse team of legal professionals.
About You:
* Post-admission experience: 2+ years.
* Workcover specialisation preferred but we are open to Lawyers with proven experience in other areas of Personal Injury Law.
* Exceptional client focus, fostering relationships based on trust and respect.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
