This role will play a pivotal part in supporting the design and implementation of repeatable, scalable systems, policies, and programs that support a global team. You’ll be responsible for talent acquisition and employee engagement, ensuring compliance with Australian employment law and managing various HR processes.
About the Role:
You will be reporting to the Vice President of People, working closely with the leadership team to drive business growth and high performance. Your primary responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing people strategies to support organizational growth, high performance, inclusivity, and innovation.
* Providing strategic advice on business decisions, ensuring legislative compliance and adherence to company policies.
* Driving employee engagement and retention through survey action plans and initiatives.
* Managing full-cycle recruitment across Australia, providing a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure consistent application of people policies, programs, and practices.
* Report on enablement initiatives’ effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data.
* Support performance reviews, goal setting, and compensation processes.
* Provide compliant employee relations advice to promote a high-performance culture.
* Lead HR training and development to enhance skills, mobility, and retention.
* Assist in developing policies, systems, and metrics to improve efficiency and employee experience.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and update policies as needed.
* Manage onboarding, new-hire orientation, and exit processes, ensuring positive experiences and HRIS accuracy.
* Support payroll processing, including updates, reimbursements, and compliance audits.

* Communicate complex information effectively across diverse audiences and cultures.
