The Role Reporting directly to the Franchisee, you will take ownership of a defined territory, managing established accounts while proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious internal sales representative ready to step into an external, field-based sales role and advance their career. This position is predominantly field-based (four days on the road, one day in the office) and focused on: Driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets Maintaining and improving margin performance Building and managing a strong sales pipeline Developing long-term customer relationships You will be instrumental in expanding market share and delivering sustainable business growth across your territory.
