Our clients include unions, associations, education, and healthcare bodies that require secure, intuitive tools to serve their members. We help them do it better through our suite of integrated products — CRM, finance, learning, engagement, and community modules — all built in-house by our team.

The Role
We’re looking for a Lead Backend Engineer who’s excited to work at the heart of a small, dynamic team. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll solve complex problems and contribute directly to the success of our platform and our clients.
You must have prior experience building SaaS products — ideally in environments where scalability, data integrity, and multi‑tenant architecture matter.
- Maintaining and improving legacy systems (ASP.NET MVC and .NET Framework)
- Analysing client business requirements, estimating new features, and designing and building solutions
- Coaching and mentoring other team members
- Translating complex business logic into clean, maintainable code
- Collaborating with project managers to ensure tasks are delivered on time
While this is a backend‑heavy role, we welcome individuals with full‑stack capabilities or interest, especially those who are eager to learn quickly and take on broader responsibilities.

Core Backend (Required)
- MUST HAVE prior experience designing, building, and scaling SaaS products
- 5+ years’ experience in backend development using .NET / C#
- ASP.NET Core, Web API, RESTful services
- .NET Framework and ASP.NET MVC for legacy support
- Hands‑on experience with Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps pipelines (must‑have)
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and architecture
Frontend (Nice to Have)
- React Native or Angular
Bonus Points
- Stripe, Twilio, Campaign Monitor, or SendGrid integration
- Power BI or similar tools for reporting and data visualisation
- Worked on SaaS products before
