About the Role:
The Field Marketing Ambassador will play a key role in executing True Protein's marketing initiatives on the ground across QLD. Sitting within the broader Field Marketing & Events team. You'll be our eyes and ears on the ground, showing up at key events, supporting activations, and bringing our brand to life through meaningful community and partner engagement.
You'll work flexibly, including early mornings, weekends, and some late finishes, to service a mix of event, retail, and community opportunities. This is a highly autonomous, on-the-road role requiring strong communication skills, structured territory planning, and consistent event presence & execution.
This role is completely remote and will requirebi-annualtripsourSydney head office.

What your day to day will look like:
* Research and identify upcoming fitness events and community opportunities.
* Reach out to gym owners, run clubs, and fitness partners to pitch sampling or activation opportunities.
* Travel to events across QLD (often early mornings, evenings, or weekends).
* Occasionally support wider Field team at major event activations.
* Work collaboratively with the QLD Sales Representative to provide Wholesale team support.
* Prepare any required documentation or internal forms (event schedules, checklists, stock requirements).
* Set up and pack down event infrastructure (banners, tables, sampling stations, POS).
* Engage with attendees, sample product, and communicate the brand story.
* Submit post-event recaps: attendance numbers, photos, key insights, and feedback.
* Track and report stock usage for each activation and flag any inventory issues.
* Share on-the-ground learnings or feedback that could inform future campaigns or activations.
* Join team calls or syncs to align on upcoming initiatives and share insights from the field.
* Occasionally support internal campaigns by feeding back on regional trends or competitor activity.
What you'll bring to the team:
Event Activation or Field Marketing Experience: 2+ years experience working in field marketing, events, or promotional roles (e.g. expo stands, sampling, brand activations).
Nutrition Background: Formal Qualifications, e.g. Nutritionist or Dietitian preferred by not required.
Current Drivers Licence: A current driver's licence is required, as the role involves travel to multiple locations across QLD.
Customer Engagement Skills: Confident, friendly, and approachable demeanour with the ability to engage with a wide variety of people and effectively communicate product benefits.
Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to manage day to day logistics, coordinate set-ups and pack-downs, and maintain stock or promotional materials efficiently.
Problem Solving & Initiative: Comfortable working independently, especially at smaller activations, and able to troubleshoot or adapt quickly when challenges arise on-site.
Social Media Awareness (Bonus): Understanding of brand-aligned content or confident capturing basic content (stories, photos) during events to share with the broader marketing team.
Health & Fitness Industry Knowledge: Passion for or connection to the fitness, wellness, or sports space, and familiarity with the True Protein brand and products.
Reporting or Admin Skills: Ability to provide simple event recaps, feedback, or stock reports post-activation in a clear and timely manner.
Team Collaboration: Able to work well with internal team members, ambassadors, athletes, and wholesale partners to bring activation's to life. As well as contributing positively to the relationship and performance of the team whilst meeting own targets.
