**Key Responsibilities**:
**Human-Centered Design**: Demonstrate proficiency in designing services and experiences centered around the needs and preferences of end-users.
- **User Research**: Conduct primary and secondary research, including interviews, surveys, and workshops, to gain valuable insights into user pain points and opportunities.
- **Persona Development**: Create detailed user personas representing diverse user groups and their characteristics.
- **Journey Mapping**: Utilize your skills to create comprehensive user journey maps, visualizing and improving the overall user experience.
- **Service Blueprinting**: Define and map out service processes and enablers using service blueprinting techniques.
- **Co-Design and Facilitation**: Lead co-design sessions with stakeholders and users to gather input and ideas, fostering collaboration and innovation.
**Usability Testing**: Conduct usability testing to validate service design concepts and products, ensuring optimal user experiences.
**Desirable Skills**:
**Visual Design**: Proficiency in visual design principles to create aesthetically pleasing designs.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders from various disciplines.
