About the Role
Forward Finance ) is a specialist non-conforming car financier, helping customers secure approvals when mainstream financiers say no. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to grow our franchised dealer network and drive new business opportunities.
The BDM will focus on signing up franchised car dealers, providing them with access to Forward Finance's unique product suite – designed to help dealers secure finance for more of their customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, target, and acquire new franchised car dealer partnerships
* Build strong, long-term relationships with dealer principals and decision makers
* Educate dealers on Forward Finance's product advantages and processes
* Drive increased dealer-financed deals through proactive engagement and support
* Represent Forward Finance as a trusted partner within the dealer network
About You
* Proven experience as a BDM with strong existing franchised dealer contacts
* Background in dealer finance, OEM, or supplier partnerships highly regarded
* Solid understanding of the dealer network and automotive finance market
* Sales-driven, motivated, and relationship-focused
* Ability to work independently while driving measurable results
