We are seeking a seasoned Reliability Expert to drive asset lifespan and operational efficiency. As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing strategies that minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation.
The Role:
As a Reliability Engineer, your primary objective will be to enhance asset reliability and contribute to the overall success of our organization. You will work closely with operations and maintenance teams to design and implement effective reliability strategies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement tailored reliability plans to meet specific business objectives.
* Conduct Failure Modes, Effects & Criticality Analysis (FMECA) to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
* Lead root cause analysis (RCA) investigations to determine the underlying causes of equipment failures.
* Develop and optimize asset maintenance strategies to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
* Provide technical guidance and support to operations and maintenance teams to ensure seamless execution of reliability initiatives.
Requirements:
* You should have at least 5 years of experience in a maintenance or reliability role, with a proven track record of applying reliability methods and techniques in industries such as mining, processing, oil & gas, utilities, or manufacturing.
* You should possess strong analytical skills, including data extraction and summarization, to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
* You should have excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities, manage timelines, and deliver results within set deadlines.
